The ACLU filed a complaint with the FTC to investigate the carriers for not updating phones when a security patch is available, leaving consumers vulnerable. This complaint is not focused on features and services, but critical security fixes.
- Foxconn has agreed to take a license for any Android or Chrome product from Microsoft. Microsoft makes more money from patents then it does its own phones
