Guru
Guru, as he prefers to be called, is the co-host of The Android Buffet podcast and the Editor of Gadget Wisdom, a technology blog founded in 2006, which is part of the Weneca Media Group, which also provides hosting for Android Buffet.
He can be found as the voice of @GadgetWisdom on Twitter, and you can also subscribe to him from identi.ca or any StatusNet instance at GadgetWisdom.
In January of 2010, he got his first Android phone, the Motorola Droid, and fell in love with the possibilities. Thanks to his evangelism, many friends and family have joined the Android market.
When the opportunity to join up with a co-host to start an Android-themed podcast, he jumped on it.

Hello to Jere and Guru.
Ever since Jere announced that he rooted his EVO, I’ve been waiting to hear his experiences. As a fellow EVO owner, I was hoping for a follow-up even if only anecdotally.
Specifically, I’d like to know: is he still able to access the market with no problems, what about his paid apps, are they available for reloading? If I just don’t like the results, will something like titanium back-up get me back to safe harbor of Sprint/HTC sense like nothing ever happened, or do I just throw the EVO under my tires and let insurance get me a new one? I know Jere said he was using the Fresh ROM, but I read where the cyanogen ROM would let me connect with Bluetooth keyboards and the WiiMote, which is a major goal. Has Jere tried switching ROMS yet?
Waiting with bated breath, Mike in New Mexico
sorry if you also recieved this from the contact page, but the conformation page is messed up, and it’s not clear if the email went through or not.
